Flow of purchase

Step 1

Please choose vehicles you want from the exhibited vehicles at the auction.
Our company can stock with vehicles from the AUCNET auction, the USS auction, and the GAO auction.
You can see the vehicles exhibited in the auction by using trial ID.
Please look for vehicles you want.
Attention : If you register a member, you can also see the start prices of the auction and the auction sheets.

 

Step 2

Member registration
Please register as a member of this site if you found vehicles you want.
You can register from Member tender.
After the registration, you can access the results of the auction of three months in the past.
You can find out how much your target vehicle will be sold for by comparing similar vehicles in the past (similar condition, color, kms, etc).
You can also check the information about the auction of Japanese vehicles.
If our services match your needs after these processes, please move to the next step.

 

Step 3

It is necessary to deposit money to bid by the auction.
(20% final bid price)
Please inform us of your decision if you want to use our service.
We will send our ID and the information of the bank by mail.
You need to remit your deposit with T/T(Telegraphic Transfer)and send us the copy of T/T.
Attention : Before you bid on your vehicles, your deposit is still refundable.
However, a bank charge for the refund will be deducted when we refund your deposit.

Step4

Please find vehicles you want and bid on them.
After we have confirmed your deposit in our bank account, you will be able to purchase vehicles.
We provide with detailed information of the vehicles.
We translate the auction data in detail, then please decide which vehicle you will bid on and how much you want to spend on it.
After that, please submit us the lot number of the auction and your maximum bid price.
You need to submit them by 10:00PM on the day before the auction.
We will inspect the vehicle on the day of the auction, and confirm whether it is in the same condition as the state on the auction sheet and them send you our inspection report by e-mail.
After this process, we will bid on the vehicle until your maximum bid price in place of you.
We will keep your maximum bid price secret and bid at a low price as could as possible.

After the auction
We will email you an auction result with in 3 hours after the auction is closed.

Successful bidder
You need to pay by T/T within four days and send us the copy of T/T.
If you don’t purchase other vehicles, it is possible to repay the deposit of the remainder.
If the payment has not been paid within four days, your deposit is not refundable.

Unsuccessful bidder
If your bid was not successful, we will continue providing you with the information of the auction until succeeding.

 

Step 5

Shipping procedure
As soon as we have purchased your vehicle, we will prepare the export.
After the vehicle has been loaded on to a ship, we will send B/L.
It takes about 3-5 weeks to complete all process.

 

Notes

When used vehicles are imported, there are different laws in countries of the world.
Moreover, the law has been changed a lot.
So please examine the law of your country well.
We will follow the first contract even if the law has changed.
